About Us
The Westwood Lakes Subdivision is located just west of Woodland Park, Colorado, at the intersection of Highway 24 and Piney Point Road. The area has been developed for several decades and is a community protected by established covenants. Westwood Lakes includes approximately 160 single-family dwellings.
The Westwood Lakes Property Owners Association (POA) was incorporated in 1973. All property owners in the subdivision are eligible for membership. The POA has a Board of Directors consisting of five directors who meet monthly. An Architectural Control Committee (ACC), established by the Covenants, oversees construction projects within the subdivision.
Westwood Lakes also includes a water district, operated by a board of Westwood Lakes residents.
